LORRAINE, N.Y. — International Sled Dog Racing Association musher Jocelyn Bradbury of Oxford took second in the Adult 8 Dog Speed class at the Tug Hill Challenge race on Feb. 14. Bradbury finished the 12.8-mile coourse in a time of :40:29.
