The annual Down East Sled Dog Club sponsored races in Farmington drew 50 mushers and their teams from across the northeast Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22 and 23.

New start times among changes for sled dog races
The Down East Sled Dog Club sponsored races on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22 and 23, at Sandy River Farms’ cornfields, Routes 2 and 27 in Farmington, will have a new name, later start times and a different order of races.
