PORTLAND — Jessica Turcotte, daughter of Marc and Diane Turcotte of Poland, has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Southern Maine for the spring semester with a grade point average of 4.0. A graduate of Poland Regional High School, she is currently a senior majoring in social and behavioral sciences.
