AUGUSTA — Franco-American Day at the State House on Wednesday, March 15, has been postponed because of the forecast snowstorm. A new date has not been announced. The Francophonie reception planned for Tuesday, March 14, at the Franco Center has also been canceled because of the weather forecast.
