VIENNA — Voters favored Election Day registration, 145-76, Town Clerk Connie Smith said. Questions 2 and 3, to establish racinos in Biddeford and Washington County and a casino in Lewiston, were turned down. The racino question lost 103-116. The casino question lost 82-138. The constitutional amendment on redistricting was approved, 116-98, Smith said.
