After nearly nine years, resident assistant sports editor and former football kicker Wil Kramlich signs off.
Wil Kramlich
Wil Kramlich is a sports reporter who has lived in greater Lewiston/Auburn his whole life. Born in Lewiston, Wil grew up in Gray, where he played sports and fell in love with the sports section of the newspaper. He was a three-sport athlete at Gray-New Gloucester High School before participating on the track & field team at Westfield State University in Massachusetts for a year. He graduated from New England School of Communications in Bangor, and first interned for a couple of online media entities before landing his first newspaper job at the Journal Tribune in Biddeford. He has worked at the Sun Journal since 2015, covering high school and college sports and beyond. Wil is a father, husband and obviously a sports fanatic.

Sun Journal Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year: Stephen Pierre, Leavitt
The Hornets junior earned or shared the top mark in four events at the Class B championships, and his three individual titles powered Leavitt to a runner-up finish.
